So here is my last bike-on-location pic. On August 28 the amtrak train from L.A. arrived at Union Station in Kansas City. And as one last hurrah I loaded up my bike and road 15 miles to my parents’ house. If you’re from Kansas City, you know this place–it’s Foo’s Fabulous Frozen Custard in Brookside. Unfortunately it was closed when I rode by. I will certainly be back from some custard.
I’ll still be posting about my trip–thoughts in retrospect. But I wanted to let you all know that it is officially finished. Thanks for tagging along.
